Is alcohol permitted?
Beers and wines are allowed; however, hard liquors are not permitted. Clients are required to obtain an alcohol permit from the City of Vallejo, and to provide a security guard for their event. We take care of processing the alcohol permit, provide the bar tending service, ice, and set up and take down of the bar, The fee is $250.
Security through Willows is $25 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours. Alternately, you may contract your own security.
Can I have a DJ? How about a live band?
Yes! You are allowed to have a DJ or a live band! We recommend your DJ or live band to attend a meeting at Willows Event Venue to see where they are allowed to setup.
Can I have a Jump House?
Yes! Jump Houses are permitted but must remain off the lawn.
How much is it to rent Willows Event Venue?
To rent out Willows Event Venue ONLY, the facility fee is $875. This price includes your designated time-slot, tables, and chairs. You will be responsible to setup and clean up for your event.
Can Willows Event Venue set up and clean up my event?
Yes! If you purchase one of our All Inclusive Packages, we will setup, clean up, provide linens, staffing, and more! Please review our Packages to see what we have to offer!
Can I bring outside food?
Yes! You are allowed to bring outside food at no extra charge. However, you will be responsible for maintaining the proper temperature of your food (i.e. using a chafing dish/ sterno, heat lamps, etc.) You can rent this equipment from Willows Event Venue.
Is there a kitchen at Willows Event Venue?
Unfortunately, there is no kitchen at our facility. However, you can order from our catering service!
Can I rent out only the scenic room/ outside area?
Our price includes both the inside scenic room and the outside area. Here at Willows Event Venue, we encourage guests to enjoy our intimate spaces.
